Sale purchases must be returned back to us within 7 days if unsuitable and we don’t normally make exceptions to this. Just follow the ‘How do I return my order?’ instructions applicable to your country.
Some items are exempt from our Returns Policy for safety or hygiene reasons including earrings, facemasks, swimwear (if the hygiene seal is removed), fragrance and grooming products (where the packaging is unsealed) and hand sanitizers.
Filling in our online returns form helps us manage our stock levels and also monitor the quality of our products.
If you request an exchange via our online returns form, we will hold the item for you for a period of 7 days so that we can fulfil your exchange request.

You have 7 days from purchase for return any unsuitable items.
This policy covers full price items and not applicable to sale items.
Items must be within their original condition with all tags intact.

Store purchases can only be returned to one of our stores for a refund: unfortunately, we are not able to process them in our online warehouse.
Currently we are not operating any stores and are strictly online.
Purchase made for Nepal and South Asia are non-refundable and returnable, some case by case basis returns are eligible.
