If you need a replacement Returns Label, just contact the Customer Care team and they’ll be happy to help.

Some items are exempt from our Returns Policy for safety or hygiene reasons including earrings, facemasks, swimwear (if the hygiene seal is removed), fragrance and grooming products (where the packaging is unsealed) and hand sanitizers.

Filling in our online returns form helps us manage our stock levels and also monitor the quality of our products.

If you request an exchange via our online returns form, we will hold the item for you for a period of 7 days so that we can fulfil your exchange request.

Just click on ‘Sign In’ and either log in to your account or select ”Click here to manage your order’ if you checked out as a guest.

You have 7 days from purchase for return any unsuitable items.

This policy covers full price items and not applicable to sale items.

Items must be within their original condition with all tags intact.

We’re sorry that your purchase is not up to our usual standards.

You have a couple of options for returning faulty items purchased online:

Selfie Warehouse Store – FREE (excluding stores in department stores, airports and franchises)

  • Take your item(s) back to along with your Packing Invoice and completed Returns Note for an exchange for same item in different size or color or
  • A refund via credit note to spend in store
  • If you want a refund to your original payment method, our store team will send the item(s) back to us on your behalf. This does take slightly longer than sending it back direct via Hermes or Collect Plus (see below)

Courier or post  

  • Complete your Returns Note indicating whether you want an a refund or exchange, what size/color you want to exchange it for if relevant and select reason 8 as the returns reason code
  • Enclose your completed Returns Note with the item(s) you are returning
  • Follow the returns instructions here for your country

No. You cannot return sale items purchased online or in store items unless it meets the return and refund criteria. If eligible Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached. This policy is in addition to your statutory rights.

Store purchases can only be returned to one of our stores for a refund: unfortunately, we are not able to process them in our online warehouse.

Currently we are not operating any stores and are strictly online.

Purchase made for Nepal and South Asia are non-refundable and returnable, some case by case basis returns are eligible.

Note: Only damaged products during delivery can be returned.
